snapCAD Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the snapCAD service, including the web application at https://app.snapcad.io and related websites, APIs, and support services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is provided by snapCAD Pty Ltd ("snapCAD", "we", "us", "our").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by law in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The CAD editing workflow is designed to process drawing content in your browser.

Unless explicitly stated for a feature, your drawing files and embedded underlay content are not uploaded to snapCAD servers by default.

You retain ownership of your files and content you create or use with the Service ("User Content").

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Primary production hosting is in Microsoft Azure West Europe (Netherlands), with some processing by service providers in other regions as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service integrates third-party services (for example, authentication and payments). Your use of those services may also be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable right to use that feedback for any purpose, without obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that outputs will be error-free or fit for high-risk use.

You are responsible for verifying all CAD outputs and dimensions before reliance.

14. Limitation of Liability

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
